At Discount Wholesale, we do not accept returns of unwanted or non-faulty items. Due to the sheer scale of our operations, we do not have the capacity to accept returns of individual items or cartons of unwanted products. However, our comprehensive checkout process allows you to fully review the contents of your basket prior to completing your order and making payment - any unwanted items can be removed at this stage. If you require further information about any of our products before making a purchase, our customer service team are always on hand to answer any questions and to assist you in your decision. Please ensure you always review your order prior to checking-out.
At Discount Wholesale, we despatch all orders by the pallet and this will be shrink wrapped and covered on top. Whilst every effort is made to get your order to you in perfect condition, sometimes damage can be incurred in transit. Any external signs of damage to the wrapping or cartons must be noted on the delivery note whilst the driver is present and reported to customer services immediately on 0345 557 7353 or 01924 660686. If you suspect significant damage has been caused, do not accept the delivery. Responsibility of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you, or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time.
Any shortages or damages discovered on decanting your order, must be reported to our customer service team within 5 working days via email firstname.lastname@example.org. All claims shall be waived and absolutely barred if they fall outside this timescale.
Any issues reported to our customer service team will be investigated thoroughly. We may request for you to provide us with images of the issue to aid our investigation. In the event of reporting faulty goods, they may need to be returned, along with a returns form, for inspection. Any returns are at your own cost, and you will be responsible for the handling and shipping of the contents of your return. We will acknowledge the receipt of returned goods and we will inspect the products before informing you of the outcome. This process can take 3 - 5 working days from date of receipt. If liability is accepted we will refund you for the cost of the goods and the return postage costs, depending on your bank this can take 3 - 5 working days to show in your account. Liability will never exceed the value of the goods.
Goods do not come with any warranty or guarantee whatsoever other than implied by law for business to business sales.
